The Fancy Store is a Pakistani self-care and lifestyle brand offering handmade and carefully curated products, including scented candles, body butters, solid perfumes, reed diffusers, and related lifestyle items.
5.2 Use of the Website
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order information.
Attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems.

Copy, reproduce, or misuse our content, branding, product photographs, or designs without permission.
Use the website for unlawful or harmful purposes.
We may restrict access or cancel orders where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, misuse, or a security risk, subject to applicable law.
5.3 Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, handmade products may have minor variations in appearance, texture, colour, or finish.
Fragrance perception can differ between individuals and environments. A fragrance preference that differs from a customer’s expectations does not, by itself, establish that a product is defective.
Product ingredients, directions, warnings, and other relevant details should be reviewed before use.
5.4 Prices and Promotions
All prices are displayed in PKR unless otherwise stated.
Prices, product availability, promotional offers, and delivery charges may change from time to time. Changes will not retrospectively alter a confirmed order except where an adjustment is agreed with the customer or otherwise permitted by law.
Promotions may be subject to additional conditions, including validity dates, minimum purchase values, product availability, and exclusions. These conditions will be communicated where applicable.
5.5 Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is a request to purchase the selected products.
We may contact you to verify order details, payment, delivery information, or COD confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, details are materially incorrect, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.
If payment has already been received for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.
5.6 Payment
Available payment methods currently include COD, bank transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash, subject to availability.
For prepaid orders, dispatch generally takes place after payment verification. COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.
Customers must use payment details officially provided by The Fancy Store and should not transfer funds to unverified accounts.
5.7 Shipping and Delivery
Our current estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days within Pakistan, subject to the delivery terms stated in our Shopping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, inaccurate addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Free delivery applies to qualifying orders meeting the published minimum purchase value. Any applicable charges will be communicated before the order is finalized.
International shipping is not currently available.
5.8 Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Claims involving damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly delivered items are handled under our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Customers should notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide the order details and supporting photographs or video requested by our team.
Our policies do not remove any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5.9 Product Safety and Use
Please read the product label and instructions before use.
Candles should be used with appropriate fire-safety precautions and never left burning unattended. Body-care products should be used as directed, and customers should review ingredient information and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Fragrance products and diffuser liquids should be kept away from children, pets, heat sources where relevant, and direct contact with eyes or skin unless the product is specifically intended for such use.
Our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. Product-specific warnings and instructions take precedence where they provide more detailed safety guidance.
5.10 Intellectual Property
The Fancy Store’s brand name, logo, original product photographs, website text, designs, and other original content are owned by or used with permission by The Fancy Store.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use these materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
5.11 Third-Party Services
We may rely on third-party providers for website hosting, payment processing, courier services, analytics, or communication tools. Their services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
We will make reasonable efforts to work with service providers that support reliable order processing and customer service. Third-party services may occasionally experience disruptions beyond our control.
5.12 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Fancy Store is not responsible for indirect losses arising from website interruptions, third-party service disruptions, or delays beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability, warranties, or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
